Profile
Every project I take on starts as an idea and ends as a working prototype, and I usually run several very different ones at once: precision mechanics, optics, electronics and the software that drives them.
I build what I design. I machine parts and fixtures on CNC myself, 3D print, and organise production with machine shops, contractors and suppliers: drawings, quotes, machining, anodizing, inspection and assembly. Parts are designed around how they will be made and assembled (DFMA). Ready to relocate for the right role, to any country.

- Industrial components, integrated: Delta ASDA-A2 servo drives on CANopen, optical linear scales, a TI DLP4710 DMD — ready-made modules joined into one system instead of custom circuitry
- DFMA and fabrication: parts designed around how they are made and assembled; a machined and anodized XY stage; production organised with machine shops, contractors and suppliers
- Calibration instead of tight tolerances: a camera in the wafer plane measures geometry, dose and stitching, and the software cancels them (illumination flat to within 2–3 % across the field) — so parts, rails and assembly need not be perfect, which keeps the machine cheaper to build
- In-house control software: GDSII import and tiling, die arrays, contrast autofocus, substrate height map, live wafer map
- Process established: spin coating, exposure-time sweeps, development; test chips stitched from 1 869 exposure fields without visible seams
- Result: Prototype 1.0 is a working device that patterns real wafers and has reached the commercial stage; Prototype 2.0, a modular sub-micron motion platform, is in design
